Widowmaker

  • Rest of Grapling Hook bugs fixed
  • Quickscope given back, as well as initial charge shot actually doing damage
  • Some consistency added back to her kit by upping bodyshot damage back up again, tune number for balance so she can finally not be bottom 7 win rate hero in almost every rank.
  • Let her move faster while scoped she is a sitting duck to too many heroes in duel situations.

Tracer

  • Revert Bomb damage so she can do her job again and her win rate doesn’t suck

Mercy

  • Make E a temporary flight
  • Mass Rez back without invulnerability so team wipe combos aren’t just a goto as much as they are and make her fun to play as again.

Rein

  • Give more counterplay to his ult besides another Rein, his ult is way too strong and has very limited counterplay. Ideas for this are jumping reduces knockdown duration, and jumping off of objectives and getting more height can make it totally miss.

Orisa

  • Give her a movement ability to let her advance quickly and deploy a barrier or give her extra damage vs barriers so Rein advancing isn’t such a go to strategy.

Zarya

  • Up recast of her personal bubble and decrease recast time of her teammate bubble.
  • Let there be counterplay to her ult again

Lucio

  • reduce speed of speed boost by 30% it’s historically been an enabler for a lot of metas and is too strong every deathball, including goats, features it.

Doomfist

  • give him back some power, he was hit too hard all at once. Letting people have counterplay was good. But he just isn’t reliable now so some of the nerfs need undone.

Pharah

  • Revert her changes, she’s in a weaker spot now and AoE healing is more prominent than it’s ever been and she was a hero you could go to, to do a lot of AoE damage but is not that very much anymore.

Junkrat

  • His projectile size is a bit too small for him to be an area denial specialist. Him getting random kills as before wasn’t good either though. So try giving him better projectile size, but reducing the speed of projectiles after the each consecutive bounce so people can have more time to dodge if he isn’t firing directly at them. Him being strong again will help vs things like goats too.

Symmetra

  • Reduce the cooldown on her turrets, and make her teleport cast 3x faster. Give her back the ability to have her right click penetrate barriers. Any of these changes would help.
  • Give her an ability to once again generate shield for her team.

Well, those are things I’d like to see.

Armor:

  • Now reduces damage up to -5 instead of -3.

D.va

  • Matrix duration increased to 3 seconds.
  • CD between uses of Matrix decreased for 2 seconds to 1.5.
  • D.va now has a Roll ability on Shift button while in Pilot form. Roll works like McCree’s Combat Roll, but does not reload her gun. However, it dives a slightly longer distance. 5 seconds CD.

Orisa:

  • Halt tether now breaks at 9m range instead of 7.5m. Initial attachment range stays as 7.5m range.
  • Halt activation delay reduced from 0.6s to 0.3s. Cast time remains as 0.3s.
  • Protective Barrier now two separate CDs for deployment and regeneration. Ability now deploys or redeploys the barrier with its current health. Deployment CD reduced from 8s to 2s. Barrier health fully restores every 10 seconds (instead of old 8 seconds).
  • Protective Barrier health increased from 900 to 1000.
  • Superchanger now plays African Drum battle tune.

Note: Halt is not more reliable. Barrier is more dynamic, which will make Orisa more viable competitor for Rein is more situations.

Reinhardt:

  • Charge can now be stopped by pressing Shift again. Delay before stop is 0.5 seconds.

Roadhog:

  • Chain Hook damage increased from 30 to 50.
  • Take a Breather now increases Hog’s movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds during its animation.

Note: Hook combo is now more reliable against 150-200HP targets. Take a Breather is now a better for escaping.

Winston:

  • Barrier Projector CD decreased from 13 to 10

Hammond:

  • Quad Cannons damage increased from 2.5-5 per shot to 7.5-15 per shot.
  • Quad Cannons rate of fire decreased from 25 shots per second to 10.
  • Quad Cannons ammo reduced from 80 to 30.
  • Hammond performs a Beep noise when Quad Cannons reload while in Ball Form.
  • Grappling Claw now has a “fuel” mechanic like D.va’s Matrix instead of CD. There is enough fuel for 4 seconds of use. Fuel starts to replenish after 1 second of not using Claw. It takes 6 seconds to fully replenish fuel.

Note: Quad Cannons now more effective against armored enemies. Grappling Claw can now be used multiple time in a row, which allow Hammond to move around in “spider-man style”, but fuel limits his ability to infinitely swing around objective points.

Zarya:

  • Particle Cannon alt fire cost reduced from 25 to 20.

Ashe:

  • BoB now targets enemies hit by Ashe’s weapon if within range and line of sight.
  • BoB charge cost increased from 2000 to 2200.

Bastion:

  • Configuration: Recon: Damage increased from 6-20 to 30-60; Rate of fire decreased from 8 to ~3 round per second; Reload time decreased from 2s to 1.5s; Still has a spread that start after first shot is made; Using Self-Repair during Configuration: Recon now also gives Ironclad effect.
  • Reconfigure casting time from Main mode into Secondary mode decreased from 1s to 0.5s.
  • Configuration: Tank: No longer an ultimate. Now a secondary form instead of Configuration: Sentry. Casting time decreased from 1.5 to basic Reconfigure speed (0.5seconds in and out). Now slows movement speed by 35%. Still grants Ironclad passive. Damage decreased from 205 to 140 (60 initial hit and up to 80 splash). Area of effect radius decreased from 4 to 3. No longer a linear projectile - now arcs more like Torb main attack. Projectile speed decreased from 60 to 30 meters per second. Rate of fire increased from 1.1 to 1.75 attacks per second. Now has 6 ammo. Ammo cannot be manually reloaded. Ammo now passively regenerates while Bastion is not shooting in Configuration: Tank. 1 ammo every 2 seconds. Ammo regenerate even in other configurations and shown in UI. Shooting in other configurations does not prevent ammo from regenerating.
  • Configuration: Sentry: Now is an Ultimate ability. Cast time is increased from 1 to 1.5 seconds. Ironclad Passive damage reduction increased from 20% to 35%. Ironclad Passive now activates at start of animation, not at finish. Damage increased from 4 - 15 to 10-20 (600DPS). Spread reduced to pre-rework state (very little spread). Can perform headshots. Ammo decreased from 300 to 90. Reload time decreased from 2 seconds to 1 second. Duration is 11 seconds (enough to shoot and reload 3 clips. Each clip takes 3 seconds to unleash). Bastion can now move in Sentry mode with 35% reduced speed (Has wheels like in Tank mode now).

Note: All changes together make Bastion more suitable for mobile combat. He is no longer forced to stay immobile to use his most powerful weapon. Instead he has two modes that can deal different type of damage, both used on the move and works great when weaved together.
Sentry mode, that was problematic to balance because it is powerful at lower ranks and easily countered on higher rank, is no longer a core ability of bastion and is moved to Ultimate, so now it is easier to balance.

Junkrat:

  • Frag Launcher projectile size change reverted.
  • RIP-Tire charge amount required increased by 20%.
  • Concussion Mine now has an 1.5 second internal CD between uses of mines.
  • Concussion Mine splash damage change reverted and now it deals it full damage all the time.

Mei:

  • Cryo-Freeze now reloads 50 ammo per second.
  • Blizzard now locks movement abilities similar to Graviton and no longer declines if Mei dies or interrupted by CC when Snowball is already launched from her hands.

Reaper:

  • Shotguns number of pellets decreased from 20 to 10.
  • Shotguns damage per pellet increased from 2-7 to 4-14.
  • Shadow Step removed.
  • Wraithform now allows Reaper to move vertically via flying like he does in trailer and animated short.
  • New ability: Smoke Bomb: Reaper throws a bomb that creates a cloud of Smoke in area of impact. Enemies caught in cloud have their vision be hindered by intense smoke effect on players screen. Hindered vision stays for a very brief moment after leaving the cloud. Cloud does not affect allies or Reaper himself. Enemies outside of cloud cannot clearly see through it. For allies cloud is more transparent to allow them to see friends and foes HP bars and silhouettes more clearly. Smoke cloud stays for a couple of seconds. 12 Seconds CD.

Soldier76:

  • Biotic Field CD decreased from 15s to 10s.
  • Biotic Field healing increased from 40 to 50 per second.

Sombra:

  • Opportunist passive now grants Sombra +25% damage buff against enemies with <50% health.
  • New passive: Hacker Bullets: Sombra deals 100% more damage to Barriers (not shields).

Symmetra:

  • LMB damage changed from 60/120/180 to 80/130/180.
  • LMB width is increased by a little.
  • Each power level increases RMB projectile size and splash radius by 25%, up to 150% in total, and damage by 30, up to 180 max damage.
  • RMB instantly discharge all power levels.
  • Sentry Turret CD reduced to 6 per charge.
  • Sentry Turret projectile travel speed increased by 50%.
  • Teleporter now grants 75 of temporary barrier to any ally that passes through it.

Tracer:

  • Pulse Bomb damage increased from 300 to 400.

Ana:

  • New Passive: Wall-climb: Ana can jump at walls to climb up them.
  • New Passive: Calmness: If Ana stands still for more than 2 seconds she starts to regenerate her health. Regenerates 50 health per second of standing still.

Brigitte:

  • Armor Pack CD decreased from 6s to 5s.
  • Shield Bash CD decreased from 7s to 5s.
  • Shield Bash now triggers Inspire.
  • Shield Bash stun duration decreased from 1s to 0.1s (basically an interrupt).
  • Shield Bash now applies Confusion for 1s.
  • Confusion blurs enemy vision, locks movement abilities and reduces movement speed by 90%. Movement speed gradually restores during duration.

The 25% nerf applies to all healers not just ana, therefore by comparison shell still have the 2nd best healing in the game being only beaten by moira, but moira has absolutely 0 utility so thats how it should be.

I didn’t revert all of briggite I reverted 2 out and lessened one of the dozen nerfs she got. She is supposed to counter flankers and be a tank support hybrid but her ability to kill flankers was completely gutted to give her more healing, and now with rally getting another massive nerf making her a worse support I think its only fair that briggite gets her ability to punish flankers back.

you are also forgetting I made stuns weaker against tanks overall and gave mercy a stun immunity ability so she has far more counterplay. The main problem with tracer and genji is that strong stun or autoaim mechanics are needed to keep there insane amounts of mobility and damage in check but if something is strong enough to counter them its oppressive for the rest of the roster.

ana was only unused because mercy was overbuffed to a ludicrous degree and single handedly defined the meta for that year. Right now mercy and moira are harder to use at higher ranks cause they have to compete with ana who does everything but mobility, which doesnt really matter when you have tank heavy comps like goats.

I just want 3rd person… They added it already to the point its there but you still can’t just use that mode… Kinda like a slap in the face “You wanted 3rd person ok, here a taste, now go %^ck yourself.”

Symmetra, Mercy , and Torb reverted and a few of Brigitte’s nerfs reverted too.

Bastion and Hanzo removed from the game.

I agree with the Nano Boost nerf

Sombra’s invisibility gets reverted.

Way to beat a dead horse. Like seriously Brigitte would be even less viable than Torb at that point.

All bugs fixed for good

ashes dynamite can be exploded by enemies.

genjis dash doesn’t reset on assists but on final blows.
genjis dash can’t go through shields.
genji loses his right click but gains a way to stick to walls and ceilings
genjis ultimate is now blocked by barriers.

tracers recall recalls her exactly as she was 3 seconds ago with buffs she had or debuffs she had or life total and ammo.
meaning if she had 50 health 3 seconds ago her health will go to 50 health, if she gets nano’d and it ended she can recall to get 3 seconds of extra nano. etc.
tracers gun has now harsher fall off.

junkrats mines can be destroyed while in the air.
junkrats projectiles are now bigger (pre-nerf)

pharah can now use concussive blast during rocket barrage.

mccree can use flashbang during highnoon.

reapers spray pattern is tightened so it’s more accurate between 5-10meters.
reaper gets smoke bombs on his right click,
reaper can move at normal speed during deathblossom.

d.va defense matrix has now 5 second duration.
defense matrix has 2 second cooldown.
now can’t shoot micro missiles during defense matrix.

reinhardts charge does 250 dmg.
reinhardst shield is now 1000 hp.

hanzo storm arrows can’t crit.
hanzos dragonstrike is now blocked by barriers but can still travel through walls.

mccrees flashbang is now 50% bigger aoe but it does 50% slow over 3 seconds and can be thrown 20 meters.

brigittes flail now is now 10 meters long at it’s apex (where the aim is) but 3 meters from side to side brigittes flail now does 50 damage between 6-10 meters.
Rally is replaced with Over Charge which adds a slow 30% slow effect to any hero hit by her flail and she still have the same speed increase from rally, her flail now is glowing with blue static electricity and her damage is increased to 75 on apex, it still only does 35 dmg between 0-5 meters.

symmetras beam is now 20 meters long.

winston can now charge a close range punch that knocks back enemies on right click and it does 100 dmg at max.

orisas health is now 200+300 armor.
she now sprints while fortified increasing her movement speed to 10 meters per second.

i got some more but they aren’t as significant as this.

Pretty much a full revert on Mercy, Roadhog, Torb, Junk, and Doom.

bastion reworked.

sym reverted + buffed

rein nerfed.

moira buffed (for fun wink)

mercy buffed.

flash bang reverted.
