My chat isn’t working on Overwatch (Xbox)

When I try to join a “searching for group,” I join their waiting room, I hear them, they are calling out if I have a mic, and I respond, but they can’t hear me, and no icon up at the top left is showing up saying that I’m chatting. My Xbox live party chat works fine. It’s only Overwatch in-game chat.

I’ve reset my audio settings.
I’ve reset the game and my Xbox.
I’ve even reinstalled the game.
Same problem.

I play with a few buddy’s and we use party chat, but I want to talk to the other team mates.

What’s up?!?

My Xbox live party chat works fine. It’s only Overwatch in-game chat.

This has been an ongoing issue that Blizzard is working on with their voice provider. Not all players are experiencing an issue, so they’ve had trouble narrowing it down.

I’m having this exact problem, my mic and controller work in parties and in other games but not in overwatch’s team/game chat, how did y’all fix this issue?
