Number of nerfs would go to Brig.
If you count it, Bastion use to have a shield. That’s a pretty big nerf to him to remove it.
Even that cannot compare to the worst nerf this game has ever had.
Jet Pack Cat’s development rate nerfed by 100%.

Bastion without self heals and his new situational ult . Bridgette’s whole kit is too weak. Both need buffs . Some of the older heroes need buffs every new hero has a stupid op kit.
