Most heroes are locked

I’ve been playing OW1 for months on pc but most of the characters are locked in OW2.
I have the skins etc i had in OW1 but half the heroes are locked behind a challenge i have no idea about.
Is this normal?

none of the heroes should be locked at all. blizzard is dumb

None of the heroes are locked excwpt Kiriko to new players specifically. Open a ticket if your game is erroring on that.

They are locked in QP etc but not in arcade…
Weird.

That’s odd, I was unable to actually play but I was in the game long enough to see most of my heros with a locked icon on them. I assumed that was a bug. It most likely is but I’m certainly not looking forward to most of my heros being locked lol

I do believe they mentioned hero locks will be lifted in arcade so at least that is working. Hopefully this gets fixed soon though

J’ai perdu certains skin et la moitié des personnages sont verrouillé alors que 1h avant j’avais tout les personnages ses injuste jai jouer a overwatch 1 moi

I’d also like to report as well that heroes I used to own are locked. I have the skins, emotes, and etc. on them, but I can’t use them.

The issue was fixed thrusday for me.
Did nothing,happened automatically.

Seems like this is getting fixed. Maybe not all at once for everyone? I couldn’t access most of the heroes last night. Today no problems.
