Bastion has BRICK, his Lego skin. Zen has TOYBOT, self-explanatory. Torb has SURF ‘N’ SPLASH, his beach toys and water guns. Echo has RAGDOLL, again self-explanatory.
How about Reinhardt in some cardboard box armor with a cardboard hammer, all of it held together with duct tape?
How about Sherriff McCree with a plastic-tipped toy gun and toy badge and a cheap costume cowboy hat and that signature plastic toy belt with the obviously fake bullets in it?
How about Doom with a giant foam fist like those “Hulk Smash” ones?
How about Pharah with toy foam rocket darts?
Mei with a modified silly string sprayer?
Genji with those toy ninja stars that have the plastic safety ring connecting all the tips making it more like a disc?
Hanzo with suction-cup arrow heads and a yarn-strung bow?
Road Hog uses handfuls of doll parts for ammo, lol?
Reaper wears a funny plastic mask?
Just some off the top of my head. I’m sure you can come up with better.
Crossover with nerf in game, give Tracer her nerf guns, change the little bullets into nerf darts, though that would fit the theme, I do want to see the nerf gun shoot the usual plasma round looking things

No one likes Genji (Except Genji X Mercy Fetishists and Genji mains), so turning him into a fidget spinner user would be ironic to the point it is funny.
They wouldn’t be able to do the Fortnite stuff since Fortnite is another brand, however they could probably get away with it if they make the shirt in Japanese or choose one of the games that exist in the game it’s self that mimics Fortnite. That would be funny though, I love it!
