I am a mid silver/gold player and I just played four comp games and after each one I saw a Moira POTG. Maybe she doesn’t ruin the gameplay in higher ranks but I feel like she dominates in lower ranks. Maybe a slight damage nerf is due? And her range is insane.

part of ranking up is learning to deal with Moira spam orbs. After her lifesteal nerf, it’s possible to solo kill her with good mechanics, particularly if it’s a gold Moira.
She has the lowest dps in the game without her orb. The reason she gets so many POTGS is she has a minor self heal, and her ult both heals and damages. That influences POTG and On Fire rate.

“Insane range” = 20 meters 
You need slightly below average accuracy to have a 50% change to win a duel vs Moira using her beam. That’s with ZERO crits and both heroes just using no cool downs.
Once cool downs are taken into consideration, any DPS hero has advantage over Moira.
Including the ability to corner poke, out maneuver, burst down, or CC her.
If you are playing a DPS and losing to Moira, it’s not her kit that is at fault.

The main reason moira is less oppressive in higher ranks is because the teams are more coordinated, dps moira isnt going to be a problem for aim based heroes if you have a healing pocket.
Most players are in gold. Moira is very oppresive in gold. Gold players often cannot counter her not because they have bad game sense or aim, but because they dont have a cordinated team.
Nerfing moira would make the game more skill based and balanced for the majority of player who dont treat the game like a part/full time job. Your comment is dumb.

Pogs have always been annoying and stupid and broken. I didn’t used to get them but now I get them all the time and they’re always the worst showcase of my plays.

I have wya more time on Dva and Junkrat and have been steadily improving my McCree. Got my accuracy up to a 48 average from my 24 a feed years back.
Working on my flick shots now.
Moira is my support main, yes. But I also play Lucio and a bit of Zen and have tried Baptiste a bit here and there.
Zen just gets dove on too easily and his giant square hit box is ridiculously easy to hit. But my positioning could also improve with him.
I’ve also been focusing on healing more with Moira unless I’m stuck on dps because the team keeps letting the enemy into the back line and refuse to peel. But that’s common in lolqp
I’ve never seen good gamesense or aim in gold

If by “brain” you mean camping and abusing asymmetrical hero abilities and by “aim” you mean positioning, intelligence, accuracy ,situational awareness and reaction time then you would be correct.
