I put in a hot ticket to resolve my cosmetics being removed from me and they told me to make a bug report on the forum posts so that is what this is. I have exhausted all other means of attempting to get this fixed, please help. I have done everything recommended to me and there are no issues with my account itself. I’m missing Golden guns on Kiriko for example.
Same here man, I just logged in for the first time in season 2 yesterday only to notice my gold junker queen was gone.
It seems there’s no way to get individual help either. It sucks to grind out those 3000 comp points only to have them wasted. It feels like I’ll never get it back, and I’m afraid to buy another for the fear of it not actually unlocking it.
I got exactly the same problem but in my case nearly every skin that I got in ow 1 is lost and all my golden weapons. Was instructed to write here as you guys.
