Just chiming in as well. My characters locked and cosmetics missing as well. And my Blizzard account has been linked with my Xbox profile for a long while

EVERYTHING i’ve gotten out of my 2000+ hours of playing is POOF GONE!! I had my 2018 anniversary icon equipped originally. But when it told me to relaunch my game it swapped me to the pride icon that i have on right now. I go to switch it because i’m not gay. EVERY SINGLE ITEM I’VE EVER GOTTEN IS LOCKED! Instead of the over 1250 levels i’ve put into overwatch one. Now i have only 25 hours played total and am level 26???

same i lost all of my skins, emotes, sprays, and all the characters are lost i hope i didnt lose my skins smh

yeah, when i went to merge my accounts through console (xbox to PC) it showed only my skins from PC and none of the skins i had on my xbox version of overwatch, which was concerning. i can’t even get into the game on PC to check if my skins from console have moved, but i’m hoping i didn’t lose all my league skins, OWL tokens, gold weapons and limited event skins because of this 
I also am a returning player i played a lot in 2016-2017 and a few times after I had a bunch of skins sprays icons etc unlocked and now only think I have unlocked on my account is the skins from owning the legendary edition of ow1 also level reset to 1 and whole career wiped clean I even remember having stuff from like the summer games event they had and nothing is on my account
I’m missing all of my gold weapons and a ton of my favorite skins I had unlocked, plus skins that came with the special edition of overwatch I had PURCHASED back in the day… not happy

I’m Literally missing EVERYTHING my skins , sprays , 8 golden guns , it’s like I got a complete reset I think the only thing that carried over was my credits & even those weren’t all of it
& i brought currency before the game even launched & it charged me but didn’t go through into OW2 along with all my progress from OW1 (I’m on ps4 btw)

same here. every single thing i owned even icons is gone. my psn acc was 100% linked with battlenet beause i also did the HOS event back then. My last support ticket told me it was merged too. the merge button in game does nothing. i hope it gets fixed bc people do not wanna start again

i am having the same issue i have the level from PC and skins (this was at first) which makes no sense since my PS is like level 100 and something maybe 200. but i went back to the PS4 version to see if everything was there and it prompted me to do the merge since i haven’t played in a bit so i did then i checked everything and now all i have is my PC level and zero skins junker queen and sojourn are locked again and i have none of my watchpoint rewards.
Missing everything. My entire account now says its brand new. stats reset. no skins. no heroes unlocked. golden guns gone. Hope you have some news by tomorrow.

Just wanna to know what to do, this is unacceptable. Where is ours itens? I followed the instructions as soon i turned my ps4 on for this…
I still have my trophies, but none of my itens that i earned in the game since 2018, wtf?

My whole account is reset, no skins, no level, everything is gone.

When I log in I click on the account merge tab and it says I’m “in queue” when I click on it it tells me my account is being prepared for migration and when I close the tab another tab instantly pops up saying my account is ready for migration and to close my game because it will take a minute I close my game and none of my item are there.

I am missing every single cosmetic, I have nothing unlocked, including the golden weapons I had for my guns. My account has been merged way before OW2. I’m hoping they will fix this issue, as I didn’t spent years playing and grinding a game just to have all my progress gone when they decide to shut down their old game 
I only ever played PS4, maybe ONCE on PC and I heard people say their PC accounts take first privilege for some reason, but my PS4 account has all my progress. Fix this issue!!!

Add me to the list. Merged 500 hour Xbox account with 20 hour PC account. My PC account carried over to Xbox. All my Xbox stats, skins, etc. seemingly wiped out.

all of my cosmetics are missing on console. xbox player. and my account is acting as if it’s a brand new account.

Yeah same issue here except when I logged in it said I had 5 loot boxes but never saw anything from that and I have 900 legacy credits. The only skins I have unlocked are tracer and 76 skins for owning overwatch origins
