I never merged a PC account with my console account and all of my cosmetics are missing. Despite them being available in the beta.

Like ya not just Cosmetics for me. Some of my heroes are locked. I just want to make sure y’all have some kind of contingency plan, if my stuff doesn’t unlock. Cause admittedly I am Disgusted by the amount I spent on Loot Boxes for some skins. I just need a guarantee that not matter what I’m getting my stuff back.

I am also having the same issue. I have not played on my Xbox in a while. I also played on PC for a small amount of time. Only the cosmetics from PC are on my console. I also bought the founders pack and have nothing including the battlepass

Please check my account as well Blizzard, the game thinks I’m a brand new player when I spent good money and time on the original game. Please fix this issue

Connected ps4 account to my battle.net and instantly lost all skins/progress/stats and am now just a fresh level 1 account as if I’ve never played before.

I just wanted to ask if the lack of Watchpoint content was due to a known bug. Or if it’s an error to do with the PlayStation store itself. Since I was quite disappointed to see that I didn’t have access to all the characters immediately. I purchased the bundle back in July of this year, and I had assumed everything would work itself out. Otherwise this game is a ton of fun.
Im missing everything except my genji league skins i dont have any of my heros from ow1 either i tought i had the proper account linked but maybe not?
I’m missing every single cosmetic and every hero is locked out on XBox. I merged my account as I was prompted to so I don’t know what’s going on

Add me to the list. I had 3 gold weapons and tons of skin. Literally ALLL of it is gone. Even the Watchpoint pack and battlepass that I was supposed to receive I did not.

Same here, absolutely everything is gone. My battle.net account says I’m merged. I did the QR code thing it asked me and everything, and my username is still the same. Still, everything is gone. I get that you have to unlock half the roster through games for whatever reason, but all my cosmetics are gone and that’s just ridiculous. I even bought the watchpoint pack and thats not there, it’s even giving me the option to buy it again.

I am missing all of my skins and gold weapons. As well tho it is just not half of them it is all of them half is bad enough but. All of mine are gone damit

Don’t have any of my carry over things except for my OWL skins for Genji and Reinhardt, oddly enough.
Yeah just logged in on my PS5 version of the game, I’ve played overwatch since it’s launch back in 2016 on ps4 and all my skins are gone.
However I noticed a few heroes had skins unlocked and came to the conclusion that the PC account took over. So whatever skins I had for the PC are available on the PS5 version. But none of my ps4 skins are here. I hope there’s a fix for this, I’d be disappointed as hell if there isn’t

I’m having a similar issue. It seems like the PC account took over the ps5 one when i linked them and now all of my cosmetics are gone. Hopefully they fix this soon.

I have lost all my cosmetics and account progression on my PS5. My accounts are showing as linked.
