Same thing but i had only lost ana gold skin and the free battle pass (all ow1 accounts should have gotten a free battle pass)was not granted.

If by chance I play overwatch2 even though for some reason my physical copy of OW1 I used to copy my stuff over to OW2. It wont be a waste of time will it because i Got a QR code then I signed into blizzard and it reset right then to home screen. When I finally signed into the game i had no skins or anything and my level went to level 1 and it pretty much took my PC account on blizzard instead of my xbox. This doesn’t mean it’s gone for good does it? I legit had almost every skin in the game and spent loads of money.

Cmon I figured they would’ve had everyone loaded into the servers by now at least. Its gonna take forever to fix everyone’s account. I was so hype about this launch now I’m just disappointed. I gotta be up for work in the morning so I’m not even gonna be able to play. 
I am also having this problem. I am a veteran of the original Overwatch for 6 years and have most of the cosmetics, some gold guns, etc. but have gone completely missing. The game is also seeing me as a new player locking nearly all characters, making me do most of the tutorial aspects as well as do the 100 wins before playing competitive. Please help.

I’m also missing some skins. A select few legendary skins from Hanzo, Lucio, and Symmetra to be specific, though I am sure there are more missing.

I have been having the same issues as everyone else, and I was never given a prompt to merge accounts, and I played in the beta of OW2 and I had everything then, and when I logged on to OW2 for the first time, I was missing everything, but for some reason I had the two founders pack skins, and access to Kiriko, please try and fix this bug/glitch soon.

i lost all my cosmetics, player level, stats everything. on an account with 1,240+ hours worth of gameplay.

In my case I have noticed that I lost all the Overwatch Origins Edition cosmetics. I bought that edition on PlayStation, where I had them available, but they are not there on Overwatch 2. I did the account merge successfully a couple of days ago.

i not only lost all of my skins but also my level and stats. account completely wiped on a 1240+ hrs account.

same the only cosmetic that carried over for me is officer D.VA everything else is locked
Had the ps4 version just downloaded the ps5 version and I linked my account agin, it’s still showing that I’m Missing all of my skins and cosmetics for overwatch 2, I don’t have any emblems anymore either.
My xbox cosmetics are missing. I also purchased the watchpoint pack and received nothing from it. I have not gotten the battle pass nor the coins or skins in overwatch 2.

I also am missing absolutely everything from my PS Overwatch unlocks. I have no Watchpoint nor do I have my 5 years of cosmetics. I bought the game on PC as well and almost never played it, perhaps that has something to do with it.

Im also missing all my cosmetics from over watch 1 ive also purchased the watchpoint pack.
Watchpoint pack i got the battlepass and coins but previous experince in overwatch 1 is gone
been playing since open beta, owned the ps4 origins edition, should have strike commander morrison, and widow noir. transitioned to PC full time 3 years back. and also played xbox on free weekends. OW2 however SCM says locked and widow noir skin doesnt even show
