SO I was just in a game and our team was UNABLE to join the group chat and our mics didn’t work. Enemy team had mics that worked. We were unable to communicate and recieved a loss. I would like to recieve this loss off my record as it was my masters rank up game. I’m actually emotionally torn right now. I’ve worked so hard for this rank to have this happen to me. It’s frustrating. Is there a way this can be investigated and I can have this loss off my record? Thank you
