What if Mercy kept the slow rez at 1.75sec
But for every 30seconds, she stacked -0.25sec cast time on the Rez.
So if she didn’t cast Rez for 3.5 minutes, it would end up being an instant rez.
(Or 4 minutes after casting Rez).

Just remove rez, literally no one enjoys it.

No. Rez is fine as it is, and Mercy is balanced and viable, just not meta.
Making rez more dynamic will not make her worth picking on Ana.
Think of it this way:
Ana synergizes with Tanks.
Mercy synergizes with DPS.
Now which one of those options is meta. That’s exactly why Mercy seems weak atm.
