Her ultimate needs a change. I think her healing is fine in all honesty. Maybe bump it up to 55 at most? Idk.

[Mercy] Faster Rez for longer cooldown

What if Mercy kept the slow rez at 1.75sec But for every 30seconds, she stacked -0.25sec cast time on the Rez. So if she didn’t cast Rez for 3.5 minutes, it would end up being an instant rez. (Or 4 minutes after casting Rez).
