you cant get it through normal means that you get other skins in ie just playing the game.
you have to allocate time to try and farm coins off of watching OWL or buy currency to get it.
some countries don’t get drops so their only option is buying the skin, tell me do you count sombras $40 blizz skin as a reason she doesn’t need an event skin?
So blizzard need to change how they want to do OWL crap because certain countries don’t allow it?
Its OWL, its separate from the game, they want people to watch, so they give incentives.
In regards to the question, no.
Why wouldn’t that “count”? Blizzard doesn’t care if you create a new battle.net account, in fact they’d probably love it, since it suggests they have a larger playerbase. There aren’t internet cops that are gonna arrest you for making a battle.net account that claims you live the US, UK, AUS, SK or wherever else. Dude, at this point your looking for reasons to disagree.
And if you really cared about Genji skins or about 100% completion or whatever you’d make the minor effort it takes to get 200 tokens. Blizzard literally gave away 100 free tokens at the beginning of OWL last year, and if you read my other post’s math you’d know you could accrue over 200 tokens each stage, minimum.
