Role: Support Base Stats: 175 shield, 7.77 meters movement per second, Zenyatta’s size. Killer Suit (Main Weapon): Silver-and-crimson playing cards shot from his suit’s sleeves. 39 damage each, 3 shots per second, 24 ammo, 2 second reload time. Omnic Flush (Alt Fire): Launches six metal cards in a charged burst (ace, king, queen, jack, 10 all of the spade suit, plus a joker). 234 damage body shot (all 6 cards), 0.4 seconds to charge per card. Illusion of Luck: Decrease cooldown of all of a select ally’s abilities by 31% (via mechanic similar to Zenyatta’s harmony orb but with a floating die). Delusion of Misfortune: Increase cooldown of all of a select enemy’s abilities by 31% (via mechanic similar to Zenyatta’s discord orb but with a floating die). Rigged Game (Ult): Take a second to pop out from your side a lever you pull that rolls 3 7s on a slot machine revealed in your chest, while still vulnerable. Then temporarily make an ally invulnerable by sending an overcharged die at them and make your own projectiles deal double damage by sending an overcharged die at yourself, both for 7 seconds regardless if you die while they’re invulnerable.

Love this concept but instead of increasing/decreasing cooldowns (imagine decreasing blinks on Tracer… no thx) you could decrease reload times for allies and decrease healing for enemies from outside sources. (Both with your suggested 31%)
This would make him work well with damage but also makes him a counter to the large amount of healing that can be put out in the game atm.
His ult should make allies take 31% less damage for 5 seconds (works well with tanks) and nothing else.
In fairness Zenyatta is near perfect invincibility for everyone for a few seconds, so 7 seconds of one character being perfectly invulnerable doesn’t seem out of the question. Seems like it’d combo well with Zarya’s bubble shields without being OP. Since he’s a villain I wouldn’t want to make him a pacifist as that could get kind of boring in actual gameplay; thus I’d let him deal double damage during his ult as opposed to tacking on everyone having decreased damage. He’s not quite a team-player kind of guy -more a “use the team to his advantage” kind of guy if you get what I’m saying.
It might not be a bad idea to make it more universal, having a single enemy have every ability, plus their reload speed, plus their healing speed, decreased by 31%, and likewise buff this in the reverse direction for a single ally. Feels more consistent that way so I like that suggestion.
Role: Tank
100 hp, 100 shields Primary: Ace Pistol - Like McCree’s primary with a slower firerate and harsher falloff. Secondary: Bulletproof - Gains a personal Zarya-esque shield for 2 seconds. Calling Card - Summons a bodyguard (BOB-style) that leaps before him, auto-firing akin to a Sym turret. Has 400 health (doesn’t provide ult charge). Up to 3 bodyguards can be out at once. If the ability is charged first, can summon a bodyguard that will charge forwards a short distance, damaging and pushing enemies back, but won’t shoot until they stop. Escort - Targets a bodyguard, then targets a location for them to walk to. Charge before releasing to make their movement a damaging shove, like in Calling Card. If moved near a payload, will push and contest it. Passive: Assured Security - Maximilien gains 100 additional shield for every bodyguard near him. Ultimate: Assault Team - Targets an area on the map that becomes fired upon by a helicopter flying overhead. If 50% further ult charge is gained, upgrades their arsenal from machine guns to rocket launchers.
I like to imagine him as a summoner kind of class since Maximillion doesn’t seem like one for combat. maybe he cant summon troopers to help him out? And his ult could be a large assault of talon troops? He has some good abilities but he is really vulnerable and only has a pistol? idk, just some ideas.
EDIT: I’m so glad that EvelUp is thinking of him in the same way, however, I was thinking the bodyguards would move with/follow Max And maybe they had less health (like 200 or something) And would sit still or seek out enemies only if Max is killed.
I really really like the concept for the primary fire, secondary fire; and even “illusion of luck”.
I think that at this point in OW, a support hero needs to have a healing ability, so I would suggest to revise that and swap one of your 2 abilities for a healing ability.
Just an idea. You throw “dice” at a target and they keep floating around them for X seconds. A blow that would kill that target activates the dice and your allied hero gets 50% of its hitpoints back.
I currently don’t have ideas for an alternate ult.
