The matchmaking is still horrible yes, but I don’t think it’s “confirmed” that they’re rigging games. Honestly I think the devs just tried to make queues faster than OW1 but totally broke matchmaking in the process. Or maybe 5v5 is causing unforeseen issues and they don’t know how to fix it.

Matchmaking always has been and always will be trash. Blizzard dont care about comp. This whole game is design to what ever will make the most money from OWL

Comp is dogpoo. Comp has always been dogpoo… Blizzard wont do anything to fix the leaver problem or the steamroll problem

matchmaking is an impossible task…be glad you get anything that resembles fair as often as you do

Allz I know is that the system can’t predict moods and states.
Both of which are crucial.

Its absolute garbage man , and i dont understand why blizz dont fire these clueless devs and hire ones with a brain.

What you guys want out of the matchmaker is impossible. You need to accept the game for what it is, or go play something else. As it is, you’re only torturing yourselves.

It wasn’t. The game played differently because of 6v6.

I had a great time playing quickplay in ow1 arcade for years and I played it until they deleted it, the matchmaking was way better

Matchmaking is utter and visceral trash.

I don’t give a rat’s tail what it thinks my MMR is…it puts me in lobbies against Masters+ and I get stomped. I do not belong in any lobbies with them. Those matches are awful.
