I’ve put about 800 hours into this game and have gotten little lag spikes here and there. The past two months have been hell in terms of 300+ ping and lost connections I have done all the troubleshooting there is, even bought a new router. I live in a big city with good internet and I don’t have any issues in any other games. I am just posting in desperation at this point.
Hi there, I’m a volunteer/fellow player, and I don’t work at Blizzard. Please include a WinMTR if you’d like members of the community to help you troubleshoot.

I tried WinMTR and it said there was no packet loss but on Overwatch it said there was close to 30%. Is this normal?
The hops for Blizzard are designed to ignore some of the ping requests, which inflates the numbers for packet loss and also response time. If you post the results as mentioned above, I can point out what’s happening.

Packet loss and lag are starting on your ISP network, with 1-2% data loss, and occasional ping spikes up to 253ms. Very likely you need to forward these results to them to resolve this.
will do, thank you very much!
