You can open the game going to the folder instalation
\Overwatch\retail\overwatch.exe

I uninstalled Overwatch because of a suggested prompt I found and now I can’t even re-install it.

I use the Blizzard Authenticator app and it works for me. Just got to tap “Enter code manually” option down the bottom instead of using the one tap feature of the app and it should show you a code to enter.

I tried all these steps and now everytime I try to download the blizzarda app it says “failed” and won’t let me download it…

Yup, Northeast US here. Husband and I are both locked out at this point.

I don’t think there’s anything we can do but wait for Blizzard to fix the issue on their end.

I’ve had this problem too. I even went so far as to uninstall both the Battle.net and Overwatch and redownload just to attempt to fix this. Still not working 2 hours later
