Hi, i just did my 50 games, got 4k+ SR which is more then enough for top500 can’t reach ok. So i researched what i have to do to join the T500.
Found a guide (GUIDE: Enable SMS Protect (required for PC Top 500) - UPDATED) so i did that putted phone number into my account. Did 25 more games like the guide says (got still enough SR to join T500) but i’m still not in. I discussed this problem/s with 2 GMs and they said i have to open a threat here. (sorry for my english i’m from Switzerland)

edit1: the GM’s said i did nothing wrong so idk
edit2: It is so dissapointing when u invested so many hours in copa - which is not the chilling one games in gm ranks - u know u did it easliy for top500 and 2 Gamemasters told u like:" it must be a bug we can’t help u" 
i know it is personally faith but i dont want other players to have the same problem.
