Another bad change. Rein zarya brig lucio pressing w and hammering 85dmg to EVERY hero on your team. Just like genji when he got buffed, shatter has not been adjusted so rein will ult every 30secs or something.
Its not like rein zarya wasn’t already op below masters.
Teams will have more Anchor Tanks, and group up to push the objective more?

Rein is going to be MADE of ult charge in the lower ranks.

Nano Rein already wrecks everything he touches from what I understand of low ranks

You can’t swing if you don’t get there.
Low Ranks almost never capitalize on anything. A Rein ults and most of the team sits around twiddling their thumbs until the opposing team’s back up. Rally as Brig and everyone on your team avoids you like the plague. Zarya is a bigger problem in lower ranks than a Rein could ever be.
I can’t believe how they are pushing Rein instead of Winston to compete with DB.

I don’t think this is about double barrier. I think this is about PriQueue, and trying to make it so people want to keep tanking once they start tanking.
Devs are about to roll out a “Get DPS players to play Tank” and are now buffing up the most basic Tank that Plat and below players are looking for?
It’s less “fixing Tank variety” and more “pretty certain this will work to just increase Tank players”
Why ignore Winston then?

Currently, but if they didn’t change things, there’s a good chance this new priority pass system would just create a metric ton of Hog/Ball/Zarya players.

Tbh, I think they are gonna give this a try, then follow up with another patch where Rein has 450 total health. But keeps the damage buffs.
Along with Winston buffs, and Sigma nerfs.
