how about this I was just in two QP matches both of them crashed on me and you penalize me for both matches crashing . I don’t exactly appreciate being penalized for something I had no control over. I would appreciate it greatly if you would kindly give me back my lvl 3 endorsement level. I lost connection to the server when it happened.
Unfortunately they do not have any way to alter SR or Endorsement levels, regardless of what caused you to lose them. More info here: Overwatch Technical Issues, SR Loss, and Leaver Penalties
