I got into a comp match and after selecting rein it didnt allow me to move or do anything other than change hero select because I had my mouse on screen (the overwatch curser) I tabbed out, I win keyed, I alt+enter to make non fullscreen and nothing, Got kicked for inactivity and lost 80 ish sr… Please give back the sr as that wasnt my fault but a game bug…

This is an overlay problem.
You had opened an overlay and probably tabbed out and in, resulting in it being invisible. Though this is not always the exact reason why it happens, all overlays are non-compatible with Overwatch therefore any malfunction that happens with them is not on Blizzard.
Blizzard’s policiy is also that they do not refund any SR, you can read more about that here: Overwatch Technical Issues, SR Loss, and Leaver Penalties
