Hya, I logged in and there were 12 loot boxes that I have not purchased ready for me to open. although I have purchased a few 8.99 packs recently( over the past weekend) I did not buy 12 today, you cannot buy 12 in a pack anyway. So my question is , is this a bug? Or are these endorsement rewards and many people have been sent them? I guess my main question Blizz is… May I open them? please.
Addendum : Ok I found my answer and this also explains why the boxes I opened at the weekend were mainly duplicates 1.26 Loot Box Duplicates Issue. Thankyou Blizzard for your fantastic customer service.
