today while playing overwatch i noticed a bug when opening loot boxes. when i opened one it would zoom in towards the center and up making me unable to see the items i got from the loot box. im not sure if its a one time bug or everyone’s getting it but i would like blizzard to look into it.

It happened to me on my switch. It canceled all of my loot so I didn’t get anything. Consider yourself lucky!

I have been getting this bug as well. Might be better suited to post in the bug report forums.

Lol I just checked it out and it looks like this bug has been acknowledge
So hopefully a fix soon.
You just need to wait for the gallery to " load." I tested it with a few alts when getting all my free boxes.
The bug shows up for me aswell. you can apparently still click where the items should have been to see what it is.
Anyone lost items from this bug? I lost a couple of skins one epic for zen to boot.

no i got my items i just couldn’t see what i got unless i went through them in the hero gallery
I thought so first, but it turned out that it was just the start screen with the zen skin.
It´s happening since event launch and it´s pretty annoying. I made a bug report thread about it first day of event.
