Leavers and long que's

I get it, DPS ques will be longer. That’s fine. But FOUR freaking games in a row after 10 min ques, someone freaking leaves. Can we PLEASE have people that get booted from a game that didn’t even get to start be put back at the front of the damn line? This can’t possibly be that hard to accomplish and I fail to see any reason anyone would argue against it.

Cancelled games due to leavers doesn’t even need to be a thing considering the solution to leavers is in game in other modes - backfill.

Competitive needs backfill

Having a competitive mode without anything in place to help a team recover from a leaver/disconnect is an absolute travesty. Blizzard needs to add backfill to competitive. If someone leaves or disconnects from a match, then someone else can load in to take their place. Have a “reserves bench” system in place for if the disconnected player reconnects (thus allowing for them to avoid the leaver penalty) and give them the option to rejoin the match at the start of a new map. Why drop 11 players back into the queue from a cancelled match when you can just add 1 to the match instead?

Agreed, I don’t care what solution they use, but it is ridiculous to wait 10+ mins for comp que only to get dumped back into line again because of a leaver.
