It’s mainly the character hitboxes that are big
Not necessarily the projectiles
Like Hanzo for example were people always complain about his “logs” even though its the smallest projectile in the game
Can’t do much about it

Why is this still a persistent thing? They’re not the smallest projectile in the game. Ana’s unscoped darts are.

Ya ana uncoped darts are the same size as bap hitscan shots.

I also think currently rammatra may have the smallest projectile.

At 22 min she has what i would say a fair primary hit box, dart is big though like mercy primary big.

They’re very small. Kinda almost near hitscan, I can’t imagine them being more than 0.05m wide or something like that but I don’t have them measured properly. I believe Hanzo’s arrow is 0.1?

After my 20 second testing I’m doubting that as well. Those are probably still bigger than Ana’s unscoped dart too, but again, I don’t have the hard measurements.

Yeah the hitbox is absolute bullocks

Its not the characters that have different hurt boxes. Its the projectlies with big hot boxes that make up for it. A shot like that with any hitscan hero would miss. But i digress.

Also uncharged sym right clicks are smaller than hanzo at 0.06 .

Also the best sojourn nerf would be to not let her rail shot increase in size. Why do they need to do it for a hitscan.

Also ana dart has a weird property it’s 0.3 for allies healing, but close to hitscan like some are saying it’s o.01 for enemies.

Honestly ana practically has so many different weapons with one rifle lol

Yeah this is definitely… not accurate.

I tested in the practice range and you can way more easily shoot between Tracer’s legs at the ground than Hanzo’s arrow without hitting a hitbox. Maybe practice range hitboxes are different? I can’t discount that possibility, but testing there clearly indicates they’re smaller.

Everything is larger and easier to hit in practice range esp on a stationary target…

Now shoot them with primary fire in the same spot for comparison.

It’s the model hitboxes, not the dart, even if it was the dart such a slow moving and slow readying ability deserves a better shot at hitting its mark.

The funny thing is that the audio is late, it feels like the sound starts after not at the same time.

Most characters/abilities/projectiles are not perfectly aligned with the visual outline. Sleep is a really long cooldown, very slow projectile and a long wind-up time, so if the hitbox is a little big I’m okay with that.

I did a quick test with workshop (7QW6W) and uncharged seems to be 0.15

yes and this is why moira is also seen as annoying because her beam is big and you have these trash hit boxes.
