So why the hell is it not updating? I want to play the game. How HARD is to release a normal update?

Jeah been sitting on the updater fetching download manifest for ages now and tried restarting the client multiple times. Literally broken game.

Usually a security client can block updating. It treats it as a new program.
I Can´t update the Game too something is Wrong Again^^

Disabled both Defender and Defender Firewall, and still stuck so it doesn’t seem it’s caused by this.

I love it how ALWAYS when there is an ISSUE with BLIZZARD, its blamed on the user or his computer. This isnt the first time an update broke everything and the way things are handled here it surely wont be the last.

I’m in EU. Also stuck for me and been like this for about 15-20 minutes. It says “waiting for another update”. Tried to restart everything, disable AV etc.

You can’t even uninstall the game. I’ve forced it by removing the OW folder in my programs but it doesn’t even start to download the game.
It’s not updating for me either. Looks like it might be EU related

I have already updated, so I don’t think it’s affecting all players.
I don’t work at Blizzard, I was trying to offer assistance by pointing out a common reason the install won’t complete.

Nope, doesn’t update on my end either. I’ve also tried disabling defender and firewall and whatnot - won’t happen.
Blizzard please fix.
