man same here…such a small patch and it ain’t working… :frowning: just wanna have some evening chill queues and now I have been waiting since the patch went live. Annoying

Hey all,

Looks like the majority of users having issues updating are from Europe. I’m not able to directly see why that is however, but we will keep an eye on it.

Try logging out of the Battle.net app and switch to the Americas region, then log back in and see if the update progresses. If it does then you can switch back to the Europe region after it’s updated.

Tried that before… I am a software tester so it feels I tried everything. Progress is still ongoing. Feels like Europe is low priority over US… and we are blocked from updating until everyone in US have updated the game. I am not saying this is true but it looks like it.

Me too. I even made the mistake to stop the update and now it says that it waits for other updates to be finished…

Not working for me as well, and now my battle.net decided to start updating as well which is also stuck at 0%

the thing is that it downloaded like 1/3 of it for me, I think it’s actually downloading but very very slowly and the bar isn’t updating until you relaunch the client

Restart client. It helped me but still downloading manifest.

Are they on the same ISP as you? Just trying to narrow this down for future info sharing.

If you have VPN maybe try US. I dont use one soo… yeah :slight_smile:

I just tested to VPN to New York and now it finished the update.

somethings wrong i have now 2 games overwatch and mw both waiting on another update but both dont update, tried restarting and pausing but nothing happens looks stuck

I do, Tried setting VPN to US East. Download speed doubled. EU is a low priority for them. They have bugger all infra here and so have waaay less bandwidth. They limit download for EU when an update is out because their infra can’t handle it.
