Her design is so different from any other Omnic. it makes me wonder if maybe she comes from somewhere else.
That or she’s an Apple Product.
Maybe, or I think it’s more likely to be something from Vishkar or Oasis

She’s made by Winston. She shares his core design styles. If Efi had the money. She would of made Orisa original too. Instead of reusing an old bot.
And take the fact in count that she was made who knows how many years ago when OW still existed.
There is definitely something else in her than just fancy design and a face.

I don’t think Echo is alien. I made a hero concept for Echo that I’ll link below:
Zenyatta, Orisa and Bastion dont have similiar design either.
Zenyatta looks Omnic-Standard
Bastion looks rustical military design
Orisa … kind of individual design by Efi.
It looks like she has the same propulsion system as the cars without wheels. And her face looks like it’s made out of the same hard light as barriers. And her forehead symbol looks similar to both Vishkar and some stuff on Oasis. So, I’m guessing Vishkar.
She is definitly something to do with Winston because of her sharing similar design to other things winston related.
Ive said this elsewhere but I get a huge tracer vibe from her face.
