To those people, claiming that the system moves smurf accounts quickly.
There is a blunt manipulation method for smurfing below your rank:

  1. Play a set of characters.

  2. Divide the set into two parts: heroes you, god forgive, “learn”, and heroes you use to balance out the MMR.

  3. Sweat heavily on “learning” heroes, DGAF on every other hero.

Since the system takes into account your OVERALL performance on the entire hero pool, you will average out into lower rank, than you are.
It takes effort (hard throwing is difficult, it takes time and it is boring as hell), but it can be and IS done.

I report them daily when I see a group in LFG and I get a message that it did something everytime I log on OW.
