Interpolation delay spikes

Continuing the discussion from Interpolation Delay issues:

I have the same problem. the problem is that I never had this issue before and all of a sudden my IND started going from 20 to 30. I know that 30 isn’t bad. however, the problem is when it starts jumping from 20 to 30 and from 30 to 20, this is when my game feels supper unresponsive.

I wonder whether its possible to set a certain IND? for instance, I never get IND over 40 so maybe I could set it to 50 so I stop getting that “jumps from 20 to 30”?
