Increasing Number of Disconnects

I’ve had one disconnect each three of the last four nights, and the problem feels like it’s been getting worse over the last year.

At first I thought it was because I lived in an apartment building, and everyone shared the internet bandwidth (if that even makes sense to say), and that if I randomly DC’d one game in a few hundred, that wasn’t so bad. But my account is now suspended for the next hour, I’ve lost half a rank worth of SR in the last few weeks, and I’m worried I’m going to get banned soon.

If you’re constantly disconnecting, stop queuing for Competitive modes until you figure it out. The penalties are not reversible.

Is there anything short of calling my ISP I can do to be able to play OW again? And is there some net test built into the game I can run to prove to the ISP that it’s an internet issue?
