Darn those pesky Widowmaker lobbies with skipped kill cam I right?
They also have fully charged shots in a very short time.
The first Widow shot round takes time to fully charge.
If she gets a kill, then they chainā¦and not before.

Cheaters have their own forums they visit. I highly recommend you google ābanned for hacking Overwatchā 24 hour results next time Blizz do a ban wave. Reading through them is hilarious and cathartic.

In āwildā west cheating at a game of cards was worth getting shot. Mostly b/c it involved money. While we may not be gambling with money, we are certainly investing our time. Thieving 11 or so others from an opportunity at an honest game is pretty low. In Japan itās covered by some Anticompetitive Law. Look up " The Future Is Now: Cheating In Online Games Leads To Arrests In Japan" on techdirt. They later follow up with an article stating itās extreme to arrest and fine or jail someone for cheating in a video game. 
Certainly in what is supposed to be an authentic competitive experience between consenting players, most do not appreciate cheating.
