If we buy a 2019 blizzcon ticket, do we also get sombra's diablo skin?

I’m the biggest Tyrande stan alive and when I saw that symmetra is getting her as a skin I screamed however, the pricetag attached is wild. do we get the previous year perk aswell as this years? If so it may actually make me buy a ticket

You also get Illidan Genji but I don’t think you get the Diablo Sombra.

You don’t get previous years goodies. Your only chance at getting it is if they release it again.
