I need help booting ow

i have tried pretty much everything and spent hours trying to fix ow but the same problem keeps occurring since today out of nowhere where i press start, bring me to a black screen, then back to the start page. I am not sure what to do from here help would be appreciated.

I looked over this and know that crash issues like this are never fun. You just want to play the game and it is not working how it should.

On this one, I would ask that Discord overlay be disabled. The crash only calls out this as the cause.

If this does not help, we may just need the DxDiag to dig deeper.

DxDiag instructions (click to expand)
  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and then press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file something you can remember and click Save.
