I moved you to your own post to avoid mixing your issue with our friend in the other thread. Did you try the steps in this post, which I believe was the fix for their problem?
Edit: I just noticed that you have a different post that Nathardrick was helping you with. I’m going to lock this thread up and have you continue working on the thread over there if that doesn’t work. ^^
