Its not a Sombra concern, but rather a game wide concern. Hack and EMP are very powerful silences relative to other games, and its frustrating not being able to use your abilities in an ability focused game. The nerfs are small enough to where it doesn’t change her playstyle (except being more careful with ult casting), but enough to feel more fair to the opposing team.
