So does that mean everyone playing comp got a leaver penalty because they disconnected and Blizz can’t undo them? That sucks.

It does not feel good, but in most cases easily recovered as long as you play safe.
If people truly got a leaver penalty they should at least give everyone a box. (I swear I don’t want a free box it’s just other game devs do stuff like this a lot when there are server outages and it goes fine so you didn’t only lose something.)
Funny thing is I actually tried to go PTR yesterday but finding myself in America. While I usually play Asia.
I was like huh? Where is my hamster?
Glad i didn’t want to force myself to play today. 
That would have felt horrible.
Hammond needs to stop sleeping at his day job.
Or he escape his pod, and run around the place like how he lived on HLC.
Doesn’t sound like players like me at all. More well informed and knowledgeable players.
