I’m having a problem when I’m playing games. During my games, I can’t hear people speak when I’m in voice chat. I know they’re speaking/making a noise because the speech bubble pops up at the top left corner. I tried everything I know that could have caused this problem. I went to parental controls to see if I had accidentally turned voice chat off or any components that could have led to not being able to hear people. I went to overwatch, and made sure that I was in the voice chats everytime so I set it to autojoin. I also went to voice chat volume to see if it was low or at 0, but it was at 90. After that I went to check the audio drivers of my computer, they all working perfectly. I made sure that overwatch was connected to the right devices like my headset. They were all connected and none of the wires were lose. I could hear everything in overwatch perfectly but I couldn’t hear people when the spoke. Is there anyway to fix this?
What kind of headset? Brand/model?
I think it’s the Razer Kraken X
Hmm, it could be that there is an issue with Razer Synapse. Sometimes the older version of the driver causes issues with Overwatch.
I know you’re not crashing, but these steps might help:
