A kit, including an ultimate, that has any weight in a team fight, justifying taking up a DPS slot, and doesn’t require the stars/moon/astrological signs to line up in a utopian team comp, all on mics, to be functional.

Zenyatta’s damage gets increased to 50.
Discord’s damage increase drops to 20%.
But Discorded targets deal 20% less damage.
Ult charge cost reduced by 5% to compensate for the overall loss of damage per game.
What does this accomplish?
Zenyatta will have a form of self peel that is not cc to deal with people trying to kill him through Discord, which would reduce incoming damage. Most prominently from flankers, who have all been buffed a lot recently… are especially effective at exploiting his lack of mobility or defensive cooldowns currently. And of course, his insanely large hitbox.
He’d feel a lot better to play.

Sigma: Remove cooldown on Experimental Barrier, or reduce the cooldown by .5 sec; maybe a bit annoying but the 1s cooldown has messed me up so many times. And maybe reduce Accretion cooldown by 1 or 2 seconds (not too important to me but I really enjoy hitting people with boulders lmao, sometimes I feel like it takes just a touch too long to recharge)
Moira: I think she’s in a good spot, but I also feel like her kit could use some sort of tweak to make her less pesky for enemies. Maybe have her damage output be limited like her healing spray, so that people are less inclined to run DPS Moira? Apart from orbs, you’d need to heal to damage and damage to heal efficiently, playing into her concept of balance.

Okay these changes may seem unnessary but they are just changes id like to see (im biased lol)
Sigma:
*Remove 1 second cool down on barrier
*Allow Kinetic grasp to be cancel-able without needing to use another ability
*Kinetic grasp cool down reduced to 8 seconds
Moira:
*Right click beam - The closer you are to your enemy, the more damage it does. (5m maybe 60 dps, 20m maybe 25 dps)
