hi, i’m currently 2 right now. at lvl 3 we can start posting pictures woot woot lol.

Also do you know what yours is? Let me know and ill tell you how to raise it

What I don’t understand is why I can post videos fine, but not pictures or gifs.

Seems pretty arbitrary if you ask me, but perhaps there is something I am overlooking.

Well I lost my trust level 3 a few weeks ago

Can someone explain why we can post videos at trust level 2 but we need trust level 3 for pictures and gifs? Seems pretty backwards if you ask me.

level 2 can post from “trusted websites” youtube, twitch, and blizzard sites.
Honestly with some of the trolling that’s been going on over the past few days, better safe than sorry…

But why can we post videos before pictures? Videos are moving pictures with audio lol. It seems backwards right? Perhaps there is a reason.

they are relying on those websites to pre-filter the content I’m guessing.
Also they try to keep this place as a dedicated ow forum and prevent it from becoming a generic social network.
If you’re level 2 you have basically proven you’re not a bot. I think they allow videos so we can post highlights and vod’s for bragging rights or constructive criticism.
Level 3 you have proven that you contribute and aren’t running around griefing threads and ruining conversations.
This is the best sense I can make of it.
I think they want this place to be appropriate for everyone including ten and fifty year olds to hang out and talk about overwatch.
