So the Valiant parent org finalized their buyout of the Houston parent org and is managing both teams separately pending sale to a third party and their GM is like

I wonder if we’ll see any hint of it from the players

i dont know what any of those words mean

What words? “thousand god awful suns”? Imagine playing that one level in Super Mario Bros 3 but with thousands of these guys…

Outlaws played better than expected versus the NYXL so this could be a closer match but I still think this will be an easy win for Shock. Outlaws will probably be slightly distracted with the whole buyout situation.

The shock is a better team than NY, so It would be impressive if Houston is competitive.

The Good news for Houston is that the rest of the stage is… well, easier, going against Boston tomorrow, Paris, Florida, and Washington with the last being a Toronto Rematch.

It’s a rough start, but they can recover.

I’ll probably miss all of this first match because the new Bastille album is out in 15 minutes and I want to listen to it. This will be an interesting test for Houston to see if last week’s solid performance v NYXL was a one-off or not.

GOATS mirrors. Yay…

hey, hws it goin?
heart say Outlaws… brain Shock :frowning:

Your heart may be in the right place here. Outlaws shut down Shock map 1, and were ultimately dominant map 3

It’s too early to tell who will win this, but I can say Houston has a plan, and they are making it work.

After Map 1

OK, that was…unexpected. :astonished:
First, they had my curiosity, now they have my attention.

Alright, Houston, you’re going to mess with my emotions agains. Good round.

And the best part was is that last map was a case of making a non-3/3 comp work very well against 3/3. Though I will note, that style of play was extremely map situational.

Apparently Jake has been one tricking Doom on ladder recently

my internet DCs so hard today, i gtg

dps btw

And that is why goats is so dominant. DPS are literally useless against it.

So much healing. It seem Houston still cannot crack the Lunar Colony code.
