Hitboxes go out of sync when frozen by Mei

The hitbox bug is back. Alot of ocations where Mei freezes a hero and shoots at their head, the shot is not registred as a hit to the head, but rather their body.

Here is an older post about the bug from last time this was in the game.

Looking forward to have this fixed as it is literally a deathsentence everytime the bug occurs.

It was such a tough match, and we lost because of it.
