I thought you guys scrapped this? I’ve returned to the game to test these perks yet 90% of the hero roster is locked behind play walls?

I can’t add it to general discussion. you guys seem to have put a lock on that for new accounts, too…
It will also be locked if you’re posting in a region outside where your Bnet is registered.
