Hanzo - Ok as he is, stop whining and switch if you cant counter him
Junkrat - got nerfed a bit too much, could use slight buff
Mccree - needs a buff
Mei - Ok as she is (don’t nerf her because people cry)
Pharah - Ok as she is
Reaper - needs a buff
Soldier - Ok as he is
Sombra - needs a buff
Symmetra - needs a small buff on her primary
Tracer - Ok as she is
Torb - needs rework

Support:
Mercy - OK AS SHE IS. PERIOD.
Ana - still needs slight buffing
Lucio - needs slight buffing
Zen - Ok as he is
Moira - ok as she is
Brigitte - needs SLIGHT nerf to her survivability (I suggest weaker shield)
Hmm, I think Genji is fine, but the only thing I’d truly give him is either faster shurikens (80 m/s, up from 60 m/s which brings it on par with zenny’s orbs) or a faster reload speed, something that doesn’t buff his overall power, but allows him to get the job done a little faster.
I was in the thread you mentioned this awhile back, but someone else said adding 10 damage to swift strike in the form of DOT, 2 damage every second for 5 seconds. They didn’t go into detail, but I see it as helping Genji finish off the pesky Mercy or Zen who couldn’t activate the self heals. Me likey.
How? It’s pretty much 5 seconds, 10 damage of bleed. It wouldn’t hurt his skill floor, hardly at all. All it would do is help the really high ranked Genji’s do their job better than a Tracer or Doomfist, which he STILL does worst at… Genji can’t one clip, or combo a Mercy/Zen, sadly.
EDIT: Okay better is a strong word, by ‘better’ I mean’t HE does it better than his old self, not these 2, whom I believe he’ll never be as good at, and I’ve accepted it.
To who? Dive tanks get melted by storm arrow, flankers are a lot easier to hit with his faster arrow speed, and anything at any range is liable to getting one-shot.
Well then let’s just take whatever buff blizz gives us that isnt too big, right now he’s about to get a free reload every blade, so let’s see how that plays.
Most good Genji’s will waste maybe 6-12 shurikens before blading, and plus on console it always locks me in that annoying reload animation right after ulting, so it’s a big step up.
Bastion does not need a buff, he needs a rework. He has the same core design flaws as Torb or Sym.
Mercy is definitely not okay at all. Because even if they nerf her healing to 25 per second she still will be a must pick simply because damage boost and resurrect are too powerful mechanics to be combined in one hero.
