I Cant unlock the Lucio emote. i’ve tried to press it over and over again, and it simply won’t unlock.
You need the All-Access Pass from the OWL League in Twitch for the Emote
I thought they changed that. When you look at it in the hero gallery, the only thing is 200 OWL tokens.
