Like at this point if I don’t have my trusty Zarya, Orisa, or Reinhardt ult to combo with it might as well be absolutely useless unless I use it to say throw it into the middle of Kiriko’s ultimate or troll a mercy who’s using rez. I guess most of it’s power is in it’s use as a zoning tool but still feels like crap regardless because my team will yell at me if it doesn’t get any picks(sorry that the enemy slighly moved out of it’s way I guess.

I feel your pain. Even Widow, who has limited mobility, when not using the grapple, can step out of its way. I’ve done it many times, and Hanzo’s a popular pick on my games. Now if I could only evade Dva’s self destruct… 
It’s range is ridiculous.

can I turn off text chat on console? It’s extremely toxic especially in Diamond.

I feel you, it’s so much easier to focus without someone screeching in your ear. Just head to options, R1 over to sound, R2 to voice chat, and turn them all off.
i mostly use it in overtime to zone the payload/point.
Downside of having a character that has a ranged one shot for their primary attack, a machine gun for an ability if enemies get close, including separate vertical and horizontal movement abilities to escape flankers/divers or give chase to opponents or easily get on / good high ground.
Oh and a mini widow ult as a core ability.
I wouldn’t expect a lot of power in that ult. Being able zone is still a very powerful tool for an ultimate- and you should consistently be able to use it to secure an elimination or two with every use, whether through the ult itself or through your bow against said zoned opponent.
Not that I think hanzo is Op- just saying, his power is in his core kit.

Keeping in mind that a hero’s balance is the sum of all their power, what nerfs would you like to recieve to Hanzo’s base kit in order to balance buffing his ultimate?
For getting frags sure. To split a team in half as your team pushes it’s good everytime.
Maybe you need to play tank to experience it more but good dragons are ones I’m being forced into.
Hanzo that need combos to get value from the ult still have a lot to learn.
Nothing lol, his base kit is perfectly balanced.
He’s a solid A-B tier hero. He sure as hell doesn’t need straight buffs.
I like it, I can jump into it during a losing fight and not feed ult charge

I have ~900hrs on hanso and I say ult is fine. Its not strong but also is not useless. Sure you won’t hit anything if you just stand in open and try to shoot people in a face. But if you put just a TINY bit of creativity into it and use it through walls, to cut enemy team from escape route when your team push you easily can have massive impact with it. Just use your brain a little.

I prefer using it in closed up spaces mostly where there is only one way to escape like the building that defenders will try and go back on point from on Paraiso.
Yes it’s in the options. It should be off by default, stupid design choice to have it in.
Should by automated text chat silence for saying slurs, like it’s really bad on consoles.
