Hanzo is Too Powerful and Shouldn't Be a 3 Star Hero

Everything thats wrong
Hanzo is a “sniper” hero but when you compere his stats to Widowmaker’s stats he does more damage (without headshot) take less time to charge his shot and can move faster while charging his shot also you don’t realy need to aim because most of the time you will hit someone by accident.
Hanzo does enough damage that he can kill a roadhog in 5 fully charge shots (3.5 seconds).
Also if you hit all storm arrow you gain 30% ult charge and you deal 420 hp (enough to kill any dps/healer + zarya and orisa)
Balance Changes
All of this changes are so Hanzo will be a bit more of a sniper.
Fully charge shot deals 100 hp instead of 125 (Widow does 120).
It takes 1.2 seconds to charge a shot instead of 0.7 (It takes for Widow 1.25).
When charging a shot you move 3 m/s instead of 3.85 m/s (Widow moves 1.9 m/s while charging).
Storm arrow deals 50 damage instead of 70.
Storm arrow shot gives you 2% ult charge instead of 4%.
Remove headshots from storm arrow.
Storm arrow disabled when hacked/stuned
Please Don’t Be Mad
I know a lot of People will be mad at me but lets be real here, hanzo considered a high skill sniper that has higher dps (damage per second) then widow and takes less skill to aim.

Stats say that Widow has more accuracy and more crit accuracy, the only fact is that hanzo by design does more poke damage while widow secures a lot more kills and has higher winrate.

Better players will hit more arrows.That is what skill is.
So yeah, being good at Hanzo does take skill.

Storm arrow is still stupid and completely contradictory to his weapon. Giving him Storm Arrow + mobility in the same patch was stupid, and to this day it makes him one of the least divable targets in the game.

Widow comes really close to that and has a hitscan that can do this from a map of distance without reaction time.

Also Hanzo is exactly designed to hurt Tanks more than Widow.

A bloody sniper hero shouldn’t be able to annihilate anyone at close range with one ability. It’s ridiculous.

Storm Arrows is miles better than Scatter Arrow, but it needs to be toned down.

Hanzo has never been a sniper. He’s a midrange hero.

Standing at long range hucking arrows is a good way to find yourself in bronze.

Widow and Hanzo are at 2 opposite extremes of the Sniper class, Hanzo trades extreme long range effectivity in order to be more consistent at dealing damage at a closer one.

You can call him a sniper or not but he is a balanced character that requires skill.

Widow does 120 damage for fully charged shot (it takes 1.25 seconds and moves 1.9 m/s) Hanzo does 125 damage for fully charged shot (0.7 seconds and moves 3.85 m/s)

she is better if you have a really good aim Hanzo doesn’t require aim you will be better with Hanzo tough if you have good aim
