Hanzo is far from a “bad DPS”
Just like Sombra,they are bad in the wrong hands…Give them to the right person and your whole team will be in trouble.
And yet no one complains about Genji’s or the other heroes with even more forgiving hitboxes. Nope just Hanzo. The guy who is more often than not inconsistent and who they still haven’t fixed the wall climb bug for (same for Genji)

I’m convinced winrate is entirely bogus, and all it tells you is if a hero is primarily played on Attack (Less than 50% winrate), or Defence (More than 52% winrate).
Since the team with the shortest time on Attack wins, and the team with the longest time on Defense wins.

Are you so certain in that belief that you won’t check for yourself to see that all the high winrate heroes are defence oriented, and all the low winrate heroes are offence oriented?
What I find particularly egregious is the fact that due to how it works
often times the duration of the burn lines up with the actual cooldown
because the entire dps catagory is weak right now and tanks are strong.

Even when everybody was completely surprised when the devs talked about winrates last, and they were very different from what was on overbuff.
because the reality of the situation is the dps category as a whole is underpowered.
The reality of the situation is that
- The whole idea that we need to equalize roles for Impact is based on pre-RoleQueue.
- They are probably going to start leaning towards making roles closer to equal for Popularity/Fun. That way queue times are less of a mess.
- The devs are probably going to buff Barrier Tanks a lot. Soon.
he literally is answering a question, nothing states that he’s going to buff tanks at all.
esp considering all dps are at the mercy of tank play.
He’s much worse than before, but not the worst.
The nerf just brought back the inconsistency that always plagued the hero.
Do you honestly think it’s likely that devs
- Aren’t going to try to make BarrierTanks more popular, to fix queue times.
- There are good solutions to make BarrierTanks more popular, without increasing their strength.
Because he was broken AF.
He is not free kills anymore and actually requires some skill, seems fine to me.

Seriousingly, we all know the best way to buff Hanzo is Scatter Arrow. It’s just that simple…like geometry…
