Please share your tactics with me because Genji is now in every game and I dont know what to do when I get jumped in 1v1. By Googles opinion is the Pharah only counter from DPS line, but I dont want to play Pharah. Thank you all. x)

stay with team unless youre a flanker, keep your distance
always alert where genji postion is
call on vc if genji has no dash or deflect to focus him down
if u are in situation where u 1v1 with him with no other teamates around then U ARE OUT OF POSITION and u deserve to die to a flanker

I donât need to tell you to keep an eye out for flankers.
Pressure him as he approaches to force deflect. When he has it up use that time to quickly reload if you need to
Once youâve baited it out itâs more or less just a case of having semi-good aim
Plenty of heroes can counter him. Anything which can straight up ignore deflect is very useful, but remember melee swings will still be blocked even though theyâre not deflected.
If heâs blading, you need to try and bait out the dash. This is mostly going to be prediction but if you can get him to burn his dash and not have him get a kill with it, it messes up his ability cycles and will cost him valuable seconds trying to recover the ult.

I donât 1v1 Genji because itâs a team game.
I typically like to kill him myself

Iâm usually healing or D.Vaing, so itâs tough to say. If I were to do it, my best DPS are Widowmaker, Doomfist, Sombra, and McCree or Ashe, so you really have to assume that they have a Genji and youâll have to deal with him. Sombra you just make it your business to ruin his life. Hack only him, focus him down constantly.
Doomfist, wait until he engages and smack him away.
McCree or Ashe, youâre gonna have to try to time it well, but hang around your backline and be ready for the inevitable brainless weeb dive.
Maybe try Torb? I donât enjoy playing him but heâs strong against Genji. A turret in the backline forces Genji to deal with it or get pressured fast.

Ashe- hit him w/ dyn, he has no way to defend against it
Cree- flashbang and kill
Mei- if he is close to you w/ no dash freezing is ez
Symm- Her turrets make me cry as Genji
Torb- prevents him from flanking freely, very annoying to deal with
Doomfist- not sure I would call him a counter but he can CC Genji nonstop 
Sombra- Hack
Tracer- generally an even fight

Off the top of my Torb is strong against Genji and also strong in general. Echo and Doomfist are decent against Genji. Sym is decent because of teleporter for your supports during nanoblade, and turrets really mess with Genjiâs movement but overall Sym is a trash pick.

Play Torb, Tracer or Doomfist - depending on your teamâs ability to support said heroes. Doomfist feels best to crush a Genji with - if you can land your abilities - but is probably the hardest of the three. Tracer is easy to outpace him and bait out deflect. Torb - just play with your team and use your turret to force him out of position.

Well I just ended up with ignoring him the whole fightâŚ
My bullets are far more effective anywhere else, mostly in enemy healers lines. xD
And when he pulls the blade, I just run for my life. xD
Well according to this forum, I do nothing if Iâm not playing Genji because heâs so powerful that everyone dies the moment he shows up in a fight. If itâs a mirror match, the power of the two Genjis clashing just kills everyone else and only the strongest Genji wins.

I just let him kill me. Itâs easier to wait for respawn.

I play Widow and just click on his head from across the map and he becomes a sad boi. 
Or I play Torb and place a turret behind a wall. (So it covers the backline instead of trying to poke the enemy frontline.) Genji tries to dive your supports and then âoops, a turretâ.
I expect more Torb in OWL when they come back from their break. Probably more Echo too. The beam punishes Genji a lot easier now that he doesnât get the extra 50 armor from Brig packs.
Not sure about counters, but thereâs something extremely satisfying about seeing a Genji using deflect⌠and rocket punching him into a wall. Deflect that
i play torb on D, McCree on attack against him. Echo is good against him, her E melts him
But he can 1v1 almost anyone?
It would be useful to tell us which heroes you use
If youâre at a distance, just pelt him with bullets. His shurikens arenât too hard to dodge.
If he pops Deflect and heâs far away, just ignore him, he canât do much unless heâs about 15 meters or less away, in which case expect him to dash in then punish him when he does.
ââPunish him when he doesââ ? xD Its mostly instakill when he does. xD They throw shurikens, dash and melee basicaly at the same time. Or something like thatâŚ
